Greetings! Many know me as B.Shantae, but I also go by Moon Bae. My affection for this galaxy and all its beings has led me to a deep fascination with La Luna. I came to realize that the moon's phases exert more than just a gravitational force on the tides; they profoundly influence our emotions and behaviors.
The voyage with La Luna can be both daunting and exhilarating. Despite its ups and downs, I firmly believe that the moon's phases are one of the divine tools available to us for navigating life on Earth.
Research indicates that the moon's phases not only impact ocean tides, but also our personal well-being. Did you know that corals release their eggs during the full moon?
As Beyoncé famously said, "It can be a sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare!" I am convinced she was referencing the moon's dual nature.

Studies have demonstrated that the moon can influence human behavior and even the female reproductive cycle. This aspect captivates me! The Journal of Psychology notes that the full moon can disrupt sleep patterns, mood, and even trigger erratic behavior.
Psychologists have explored the connections between lunar phases and emotional states, revealing that people often act more unpredictably during a full moon. Alarmingly, data shows that over 34,000 crimes were recorded in a year, with spikes coinciding with full moon phases. Recognizing this led me to take action!

After reading a psychology article in college, Moon Bae was born! I’m not a psychologist; rather, I am a person whose emotions—both light and dark—are influenced by the lunar cycles. Like many women, my menstrual cycle aligns with the moon. My mission is to guide others in harnessing this natural resource to illuminate their purpose.
