Chapter 1: Defining Creativity

Creativity is a concept that's difficult to pin down with a single definition. If it were easily defined, it might lose its essence. Inspiration is ubiquitous; it can be found in every aspect of your life. Reflect on the things that captivate your interest—those topics you are endlessly curious about and eager to explore further. The more you engage in sketching your thoughts, the more creative you become.

Creative block is a common hurdle, even for renowned artists who sometimes struggle to generate new ideas for their work. When I look for inspiration, I realize that a multitude of sources exist around me. Even the simplest, everyday items can spark creativity. It all boils down to perspective.

Exploring the artwork of other artists can ignite my motivation and provide a treasure trove of creative concepts for my unique interpretations of flowers. I am particularly fond of mandala art, as it allows me to draw freely and experiment. Here are two of my mandala creations.
