Chapter 1: The Bonds That Endure

The existence of a realm where departed spirits continue to care for their loved ones is a profound idea.

After my uncle, my father's younger sibling, was born, my grandmother fell gravely ill. Her health was critical, and tragically, the newborn did not survive either. At that time, my father was just a child, around 7 or 8 years old.

My grandmother sensed her impending demise, expressing to my grandfather, "If I make it through tonight, perhaps I'll continue to live." However, she passed away that very night. A woman of great kindness and devoutness, she was cherished and respected by all in her community.

Following her death, she visited my grandfather in a dream with a vital message for her family. She had set aside some money for them, hidden in a box within her room.

Upon searching the precise spot she indicated, my grandfather discovered the exact amount she had mentioned, demonstrating her enduring care for her family even after her passing.

I have witnessed numerous instances of spirits remaining connected to their families posthumously. After my father passed away two years ago, my mother often found herself in tears during her solitude. One night, my father appeared to her in a dream, urging her not to weep constantly and reassuring her of his presence with them.

It seems that even though they transition to another dimension, their love and concern for their loved ones persist. Only the divine knows the nature of this other world. Our best hope is to pray that, wherever they may be, they exist in the grace of their Creator.
