Curated Stories to Spark Nostalgia and Inspiration
Written on
Greetings, cherished readers and fellow enthusiasts of Medium! My aim is to unearth fascinating tales that have been overlooked, bringing joy to your reading experience. This marks the 55th collection I’ve assembled.
Recently, Aiden shared an intriguing article about a groundbreaking tool named SORA, suggesting it could revolutionize the film industry. I intend to explore it when possible, as I lack video expertise.
A quick announcement: Our latest newsletter is now live on Medium and has also been shared on Substack for our subscribers.
Check out this open letter from Dr. Mehmet Yildiz addressed to non-members. He noticed that many readers and writers are not contributing members, which affects the platform's growth. You might find his insights both valuable and relatable.
Here's a glimpse into his message:
An Authentic Open Letter to Non-Members
Articulating the value of membership for those eager to learn, avid readers, and advocates of global collaboration.
As Aiden delves into new stories, I focus on older narratives that offer a sense of nostalgia. Occasionally, I include fresh pieces from my daily readings, or editors prompt me to highlight exceptional stories. Each selection is a treasure worth your time. I encourage you to engage with these tales and share them on social media to broaden their reach. I attempted to follow many writers I hadn’t previously interacted with, but the system limited me to 150 new follows daily. I’ll try again soon.
Aiden has compiled a shareable list of stories, including some recently highlighted from ILLUMINATION-Curated that I think you’ll enjoy.

ILLUMINATION Reading Club #8
Recently, Dr. Yildiz had one of his stories evaluated by an expert due to its lackluster performance. While I appreciated his story for its insights, I found that some critiques didn’t resonate with me. It’s an experience I wonder if other writers share as well.
I Had My Content Earnestly Reviewed by an Expert, and Here’s What I Learned
Aiden and I remain in contact with Dr. Yildiz, who is busy managing administrative duties like onboarding 130 new writers. Despite his workload, he maintains a positive outlook and shared an engaging personal story about how he balances publishing with support from 148 volunteer editors. His experiences offer valuable insights and motivation for us all.
A Rollercoaster of My Saturday: Challenges, Surprises, and Joyful Insights
He also shared an essential narrative about the impact of financial obsession on happiness. His approach to materialism mirrors my own, emphasizing altruism and gratitude.
Recently, my account was duplicated for the fifth time, causing further distress for my readers. I expressed my frustration through a story. The scammers employed sophisticated tactics to confuse my audience, initially impersonating me and later altering the account name. However, I managed to identify and report them. This new account cloning might offer insights into their tactics and help you safeguard your own account.
I urge you to share this information so we can collectively combat these scammers and ensure their failure. Your support is crucial in this endeavor. Just the day before, they cloned Dr. Yildiz’s account for the third time, and he provided valuable guidance.
You can find previous collections in this list if you missed them.
